Upon receipt of your piece, if you find that was damaged during shipment, or doesn’t work when you plug it in, please contact me immediately.
If you received a Mountain piece, review the yellow sticker that was affixed to your package. Please make sure you follow the steps there & listed below:
Upon receipt of the package, it is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the package prior to signing for it
If you see any damage - you must note “damaged” or “open” on the delivery receipt
Save the carton and all packing material for inspection
As you review the piece please document the following:
A close up photo on the box of the shipping label with the tracking number
Two photos showing all six sides of the package (one showing top and two sides, another showing bottom and opposite sides)
A photo of the damaged item
A photo of the damaged item in the crate prior to its removal
Plug your piece in to determine if there no damage to the electrical
Please note: Mountain Edge Woodworks is not responsible to resolve damage unless damage is reported immediately (within 5 days of receipt) and the shipping crate/box is retained.
