  • Upon receipt of your piece, if you find that was damaged during shipment, or doesn’t work when you plug it in, please contact me immediately.

    If you received a Mountain piece, review the yellow sticker that was affixed to your package. Please make sure you follow the steps there & listed below:

    1. Upon receipt of the package, it is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the package prior to signing for it

    2. If you see any damage - you must note “damaged” or “open” on the delivery receipt

    3. Save the carton and all packing material for inspection

    As you review the piece please document the following:

    • A close up photo on the box of the shipping label with the tracking number

    • Two photos showing all six sides of the package (one showing top and two sides, another showing bottom and opposite sides)

    • A photo of the damaged item

    • A photo of the damaged item in the crate prior to its removal

    • Plug your piece in to determine if there no damage to the electrical

    Please note: Mountain Edge Woodworks is not responsible to resolve damage unless damage is reported immediately (within 5 days of receipt) and the shipping crate/box is retained.
