Policies & Terms

Custom Pieces

  • All custom pieces are required to be paid in full, upfront.

Shipping & Delivery

  • All custom mountain pieces will require shipping payment in full, upfront. The exception is when a piece is large & needs to be freighted.

  • If utilizing a freight shipping option, customer agree to pay the freight charge in full upon shipment. Freight charges can only be estimated prior to shipment, due to varying size & nature.

  • Delivery is available local to Missoula, MT and 30 surrounding miles (in radius)

Refunds, Exchanges, & Cancellations

  • Cancellations are not accepted

  • All custom pieces are nonrefundable & cannot be exchanged

  • Any non-custom pieces are eligible for exchange.

  • If customers are seeking an exchange, Mountain Edge Woodworks must be notified within 14 days

  • Any exchanged items must be received prior to the distribution of the new item

  • Customers are responsible for shipping on exchanged items (both return shipping and new shipping)

Damaged package?

  • If a customer receives their piece damaged, it will be replaced. Customers are required to return the damaged piece prior to receiving their replacement.

  • If customers receive a damaged Mountain piece, customers are required to mark the box as damaged or open on the courier’s signature pad. Do not dispose of the packing container or packing materials. Customers must notify Mountain Edge Woodworks within 3 days

  • If customers receive a damaged cutting board, customers are required to take pictures immediately upon opening and notify Mountain Edge Woodworks within 7 days

  • If customers do not adhere to the aforementioned, Mountain Edge Woodworks cannot guarantee a replacement or approved claim

Customs & Import Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Mountain Edge Woodworks is not responsible for delays due to customs.
