This personalized cutting board is the perfect addition to yours (or a loved one's) kitchen, and can be built to whatever customizations you'd like! This board is also ideal for cutting meat with its large juice groove pool. This particular board features a buffalo skull in the center and Montana engraved in the lower right corner.
Our boards are approximately 1.25" thick and have rubber feet (an additional 1/4") which prevent any slipping or damage to surfaces (feet can be removed at your request). Edges have been cleanly routed, chamfered, or rounded. This cutting board also has handles underneath on each side for easy pick up.
Our boards are created with either edge or end grain, which is better for your knives. These edge/end grain cutting boards have a “self-healing” factor, as the fibers close up after they have been cut by the knife. Your cutting board is unique and built when you order it! Since wood is a unique organism, grain patterns and colorations may vary slightly but will be in the pattern or wood species that you specifically request.
Absolutely none of our cutting boards are treated with any kind of stain, polyeurethane, polycrylic, etc. Our boards are seasoned with multiple applications of food-grade mineral oil, ensuring that your board is not subjected to drying out and is fully protected. It's further sealed with a food-grade conditioning agent with a blend of food-grade mineral oil, beeswax, and carnauba oil. Your board will be fully protected, but we also provide a sample of food-grade wax for when your board is ready for its occasional wax treatment. You’ll also receive care instructions with your purchase.
